How do they float kev?  they look like they would be low in the water.  the hackle looks sparse, but i guess they stay up pretty good?

Bings I think the mono pulls down the tail a little bit and makes it look more like a an emerger and the way bugs are. The way I think natural bugs float lower in the film than the catskill style. There isn't a natural reason for them to float that high. Just my .02  they also fish well but don't tell anyone.

Here's a dumb question:  Is it possible to tie some hi-vis material onto the loop prior to cinching it down to make it visible in low light?
