fish deeper, 15'-30' if your going for bass. the weeds are in full effect in all thier normal places and the water level is starting to drop as usual. i'll be there on tuesday rain or shine.

big football jigs, tubes with heavy inserts, drop shot, c rig, split shot rig, heavy texas rig. cranking might work if theres a chop on the water. flat water/ light wind bass can be kinda stingy up there. well better sized ones anyway. cant help you out to much on live bait as i havent used it in probably 15 years except corn for carp.

the laydowns/ shallows/ flats will still have fish but dependant on time/temp/sunlight/wind they may not hold many and more and likely not bigger. dont get me wrong there could be stuff shallow regardless of conditions but in a pressured clear reservoir your best bet is deeper water structure.
