Hi, think i am going to fish French Creek ( North of Meadville ) on friday.  How is the water level and clarity?

When the stage is at about 3 feet on this gauge, the water level seems to be good in Saegertown.  Hope this helps. 

I use this a gude.  I fished North of Meadville last weekend form shore.  Was high, fast, and muddy.  Caught a few real nice bass a big walleye.

Thanks, I think we are going from venango to saegertown so this will help and its about 3' now.  Ill let you know how we do.

Yesterday it had nice flow but was kinda muddy lookin in that area.Meadville got pounded with alot of rain today around noon,If they got anywhere near the same amount towards Cambridge it will still be as muddy as it was yesterday.

French Creek is muddy.  Wish it wasn't but it is and todays rain won't help.

Well i hope it clears up some by friday, little stained is ok - super clear they spook pretty easy.

ducati, Looking at the gauge, you might want a plan B for this weekend.  Looks great for biking, not good for French Creeking!
