if you are board .try edinboro lk using foam spider's,or any foam fly and you will have a blast. this will make good pratice for the beginner fly fisherman, you'll be able to catch thousand's anywhere on the lake . you don't need a boat . and boy are they good eating to boot. if your up for the challange use a larger # 4 or # 2 foam fly and try for some bass , there not that hard to catch at edinboro. this should kill the boardem, or give you a chance to spend time with the children and teach them how to fly fish and with all the panfish they have there they will pay attention.the bit is allway's hot & heavey in the summer time.
