I totally agree with Pxatim, real dissapointing.  Same old talking points, cliches, platitudes and gayness

I am really getting sick of these guys.  Both pretty much said what they have been saying all along, blah, blah, blah.  They accused each other of the same old things, blah, blah, blah...  I watched for about an hour and had had enough.  It pretty much is a broken record and I honestly don't think either one said anything we have not heard a billion times before.

I do think McCain is getting desperate and is starting to use the scare tactics more.  From some of his ads if Obama get's elected life as we know will end.... I am surprised no one has called Obama the anti-christ yet.  Maybe that will be coming up soon.

Have to agree with pxatim, same o, same o. Of course at this late date i guess there isn't much that either is willing to talk about that hasn't already been hashed over many times. Right now it appears to be Obamas to lose and he isn't going to take any chances by breaking new ground and talking specfics if he doesn't have to.

they ought to call it DEBAITERS. they both throw us lines with artificial bait on it. we have a choice of what bait we want to take. after the elections some of us will be cooked over the coals and forgot about. the others will be thrown back into the dirty pond water they (washington) all created! ~dt

I don't like PowerBait...  and I don't care what color you use... (this is in reference to DT's post so all the PowerBait chuckers out there just chill.)

Nice analogy DT.

If Perot were back Obama would win for sure, lol. It worked for Clinton.

Rap, I think the theory of a third party is a good one, sadly though with our current system, it's just not gonna work. What Perot did though, does show me that there is a desire in the public for an alternative and the results have shown that the right side of the isle is more open to voting for them. Seems like anytime there's a strong third party candidate it hurts the republican candidate more.

If the public wants their government back when they finally get fed up enough they'll have to fight to get it back! (Boston Tea Party) The politicians aren't listening to one word you say, they are just interested in lining their own pockets.

Last night McCain used the term "My friend" or "My friends" 24 times! If my math is correct that's a "my friend" about every 4 minutes...and he wasn't talking for the whole 90 min. debate. On the bright side though, he didn't call himself a  "maverick" once.

I thought it was somewhat disrespectful of McCain to refer to Obama as "that one". Showed very little class on his part.
