1/2 onion chopped 4 oz. can of green chili peppers 28 oz. can of diced tomatoes 12 oz. can of tomato soup 6 oz. can of tomato paste 12 oz. can of kidney beans 3 cloves of crushed garlic 1 1/2 lbs. of ground beef or venison browned Either 1 Cup of Water or 1 Cup of Dark Beer (I like to use Yuengling Black & Tan), or 1/2 Cup of each. A ton of chili powder (recipe calls for 2 Tbsp, but I use about 4 or 5) 3 tsp. of ground cumin 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper It's the best recipe I've ever tried. Very strong flavorful with all the tomato stuff and the cumin gives it that just right taste. You can adjust the spices to suit your tastes.
