Great site.  I just moved out this way last October and really just started fishing the Yough regularly last month.  It's a really clean river.  Last friday I was up in Perryopolis and caught 12 smallies.  I ran out of bait.  There were several between 15-16 inches.  None under 12.

I tried fishing the Yough right below Cedar Creek but didn't get a bite.
