Calling for snow this weekend. Dress warm and bring extra close to change into , just in case you fall in. (I,ve never done that)

Ya, just a last horrah! Last year was the same at camp. Snowed the night before. Going down to 30 Saturday night.

Mika,
OK will you cut it out with the SNOW?  It was 79 degrees down here yesterday and so humid it was sick.  Now I have to pack my thermals to go fishing AGAIN?  Who'd a thunk that 500 miles could make such a big difference.

It snowed 4 or 5 inches first monday here last year,,,,but we were still out hammering them at shade creek.
Even the warden said we were crazy, then I informed him I had taken the day off work for that.

I say bring it on! I'm not ready for the warm temps yet, and I can't stand much over 70 anyways. You guys can have at your 80-90 degree temps, I'll be praying for fall, and staying in the shade sippin' a beer.......   LOL

Roy,
You and me both.  Except for the grandkids I still can't figure out why I stay in this part of KY.  It's either too cold, too windy and too wet or way too hot and  way too humid.  The strange thing is:  In the winter we have wind and severe storms, in the summer we can have days when the wind just doesn't blow, and if it does it's 90 (+) degrees.

I remember camping out up at Kinzua creek for the first day of trout last year with my buddy. Decided to take his lightweight tent instead of my heavy canvas one. When I woke up on Saturday the tent was laying on top of my head and i was like what the f---! Walked outside to find out that the snow had caved the back half of the tent in.  Luckily I had a few drinks the night before, so i really wasn't feeling all that cold.
