Does anybody know when the basin is open to fishing? I was thinking it is around Nov 1st. Health problems do not allow me to stomp the creeks any more, but the basin has provided some great fun.

Im guessing that you are talking about the marina on walnut. If so it opened on 10/28/09 for fishing. Good luck.

nothing going on. doesnt seem like any fresh steel are coming in.
the steelhead that were in the basin, moved upstream. No new fish replaced them.
less than 20 people fishing the wall/marina today, if that tells you anything.
