Just my two cents, but your stand is right in his rub line (not nitpicking, just the first thing I noticed). I probably would find a way to come in from downwind and set a climber about 15 yards off the trail. For me, there is too much risk that buck will bust you in the ladder before he ever presents a shot. Leave the ladder there, as he has obviously become accustomed to it and removing it could actually screw him up IMHO. I would guess that he is checking the area every day or so, and a couple days of solid sitting without leaving should put him in front of you.
