I am trying to get together a group of people so that some weekend we can all go to Erie and learn how to do a rain dance. I hear that if we all wear our waders and meet at the stop sign hole we can get into the water do the dance and the heavens will open up for us. Soon after the rain the fish will just be coming so fast it will be impossible for even the lowliest of fishermen to not have the time of their lives. Let me know if anyone is interested.

No rain dance for me...christmas carols and a 2ft of snow, the weakminded snaggers and lacking in character litterbugs will stay home and I will be able to fish in relative splendor.

Dried up tribs have allowed me to fish waters I would mormally leave till late spring or summer.  I've been pleasantly surprised.

Fleapole for steel is my first choice for steelhead as well,  but when conditions are less than desirable, I adapt. I don't wanna stay home.

Those open water fish will murder the right spoon.

If they open up the dam on Elk Creek dam all the water would be flowing freely.

Better than a "HO-HO" eater.. Hey I have a solution tothe lack of rain. We need to find somewhere else to fish for a day or two. I got some cabin fever to cure or is that "PWS" pregnant wife syndrome.
