Egg Sac, did you ever notice that a lot of smoked and canned salmon just says Pacific Salmon? A lot of people eat humpies and think they're eating sockeyes or silvers.

If they're caught fresh before they enter the rivers, as most canned salmon are, they're as good as a sockeye.
