Wally, I'm from the Philly area, but really don't know much about that fishery. I heard the strippers have been caught in good #'s in the Delaware bay. There are a ton of stripped bass forums. I sugest googling for them you will probably get better info...

Heres some quick Philly information....lots of people get killed there...their football and hockey teams both stink....

Nope, you would have to go south THEN east. In fact it's almost dead south.
