If at the spillway, go into town and turn left. There is a place on the left that is great! Real home cooked meals.

bet he doesn't know.  lol.  when my family and i are up there, we either hit the countryside or covered bridge.  went to the little bit for awhile but something happened to the food there.  mika, that joint that you are talking about in linesville had a great salad bar at one time in addition to real food.  haven't been there for about five years.  place is full of memorabilia, isn't it?

Do you remember the German restraunt that was by the spillway in the 60,s? Near where they sell bread.
As a kid I ate there with my dad and man was it good.

Anyone try that "Bite me" restaurant on the PA side of the causeway?

I just know of it, haven't been there.

walleye, that countryside has really nice portions for the price, hard to believe in today's economy.  what i like about the place, besides it's cleanliness, is the fact that they don't serve those "boil in a bag" meals like perkins and the other big box joints.

Might try Scooter's(i think thats what its called) right across the causeway in ohio. Haven't been there yet, but i know the guy who owns it. Used to be the head chef at the stable pit and pub in conneaut lake.  HELL of a cook.
