It looks like the smallies in the river are stappin on the feedbag. Last night we found them where the higher, cooler muddy waters met the slow, low, warmer waters of the rivers. We fished some bait and some plastic. . .both were producers. Three guys, 20+ fish from 10 to 16ish. A real good time at dusk.

My hope is that the skinny river eyes turn on soon too.

The water in the Juniata was preceivabley cold as it ran over my lightweight waders under which I had jeans. Not COLD by any means yet but appearently the temp difference was enough to spark them to action.
