Just gone done setting up my new bow.
It's a Bowtech 101st Airborne.
Quiet and fast...
What a sweet shooter..

Bing, I hear that is a sweet shooter. Let us know if you stick one this October.

I just got a Drenalin and have not shot it in yet. Looks good on the wall though. I'll let you know if it sucks, but I'm pretty sure they are all good for what we paid for them.

They are all quality now. Just a matter of which one you shoot best.

I gota reflex growler. Little 32" it is automatic out to 30yrds...excellent shooter at 70 lbs.

It seems to be a little heavy with every thing on it..
Paper tuned it last night.
Had a terrible left tear.
Still having a problem moving the rest enough to get it out...
With the rest I'm using (Golden Key Platinum Premier) about every 5-6 arrow will pop off the rest when you come to full draw...
Wouldn't be so bad but the point of the arrow lays right on your hand when it does it...

Bings..

Are you using a loopy on your string and a release?

Sounds like your pinching your arrow.

Make the space from the top and bottom of the loopy wider. Then wrap some floss just below the top loop. Make sure the nock on the arrow is touching the bottom loop and the bottom of the floss. That'll take care of your arrow falling off your rest.

Here's a pic. I added a red line where the space and floss should go. Pinching will also effect arrow flight, possibly causing your paper tuning problems.

yea, Also the angle you are holding the release can pinch arrows and make em fly weird...new bow jitters i bet...lol Some of the bowtech bows ive shot are tough to pull in some cases and at 70lbs can be hard to hold...Movement on the shot can throw arrows left or right without any question.

At 10 yrds you should be able to put em right on top of one another without any problems of arrow flight...With my Reflex i literally have to aim up, down, left, or right or ill split arrows and break nocks at 10yrds....Theres a good chance you also might have a bad arrow out of the bunch causing some problems as well.

As far as the arrows poping out i always leave my arrows a little long when they cut em so i dont have this issue with a broadhead right above my hand just incase something goes wrong....

my guess is you are shooting a fall away rest. I personally shoot a whisker buscuit...they can toss arrows funny as well from time to time, but for the most part anything under 30yrds is in trouble if it comes near the stand....

I dont even know why they put 3-5 pins on these bow sights for hunters...50yrds with a bow in the woods...from a treestand...id be rather impressed...

Had that happen to me at 14 years old. I was kneeling by a tree in some high grass the first day of archery and had an 8 pt. heading my way. I drew and he stopped broadside at 5 yards. Because of the grass, I had to lean out and the release angle de-knocked the arrow, and it fell to the forest floor.

So there I am, full draw, deer standing 5 yards looking away, with no arrow to shoot.
