Caught some nice channels at the mouth of pigeon creek and a few
small walleye a couple of evenings ago. Anyone ever pick up

I fished yesterday from the mouth up about a mile hitting the holes.
Caught 6 walleye around 15 inches and 5 smallies.

brookie,

on pigeon creek?  About a mile... that's about the bridge at stogglestown?  Haven't fished pigeon creek for a while now.  That was my home stream when I was younger as I fished if a couple times a week all year.  I remember catching small cats on the fly rod with nymphs in February one year (going into school late of course).  That stream was where I taught myself how to fly fish moving water (for carp with nymphs) and also where I'd go just to get out for a bit.  I used to fish it from Crookham down to the mouth.  Lots of memories there.

Thanks,
Rick

Yeah, I grew up about 5 miles up creek in Van Voorhis, spent a lot of
time in the creek. I was surprised to see the walleye so far up the creek.
