Could someone explain to me why the fish commission wastes their time stocking Miller's Run? I was there today for the first time this year because it is close to my house, and they stocked it today. The creek was so low and there are probably 2 decent holes on the whole creek. They threw them in the shallow ripples and were so spooked out of their mind. Why they stock this creek 2 times during trout season and again in October, I will never understand. Meanwhile you have great creeks like Enlow that only has one stocking now.

I was there today also. Those fish were very skittish. The couple main holes dont have no timber in the water this year and are not as deep as last year from the storms. Very small creek with lots of snakes.
