Oh yea, new bait shop (old antique place) opened between mile marker 10-11 on rt 6. Little before the Old Erie Canal if heading toward Linesville. A short walk for bait from my one son's place. He probably won't use it since a bait crick goes through his property & I get the worms. But still nice if needed.

Everything went good got both places open and working plus helped two other fellow campers out with issues. I didn’t bring the boat up yet next trip.

But I am in no hurry The best fishing is yet to come mid May through early July  Can be some of the best fishing Pymatuning has to offer.

Walleye that's a good deal you got you and your folks opened up for the summer and super nice you lending a helping hand to your neighbors.

That's the fun part of RVing... good people.

Weather this week lookin like plenty of May flowers, good times and tight lines.

Hi All,

I'm less familiar with the north end of Pymy.  I like to troll and want to try the north end but am a little concerned about stumps.  Are there stumps to worry about in areas other than Harris Island?  For example, would I need to worry about anything on the west side from the causeway to Clark Island?  Appreciate any help...I don't want to lose a lower unit.

I heard 65 boats yesterday (counted) in that Perch pack circus at the bridge. Theyr still catching them too. Wtf, how many can be left? Boats have been pounding pounding those poor things for a month now.

If ya noticed I’ll been missing for awhile . Just got home from 8 day stay in hospital .Had surgery for kidney stones last Thursday , had a large stone that had to be busted up and removed and stent put in my kidney ...Pretty crazy ordeal but doing much better than I was when I went in hospital . So different with the virus crap going on , had to contact my Dr first then he called ER and they were waiting for me. Wife couldn’t come in though kept in touch with her by phone the whole 8 days , Dr called her after surgery at home to let her know how I did ...A WHOLE DIFFERENT WORLD OUT THERE .... STAY SAFE !! Also thanks Crappy for the offer on meeting me 1/2 way to deliver those SLABS ... I was joking but thanks again bud πŸ‘

We don't want any dad-burned excuses.... times a wasting, so ya got the boat ready to go yet? πŸ™ˆ

Sorry to hear of your journey Mopars but very happy to hear you are recovering and doing well at home.

Your excursion is exactly like that of a family member getting treatment at another hospital. Spouse could not enter the hospital for visitation and all communication was via phone.

The good part, treatment for health problems not virus related, is available.

Godspeed neighbor.

Just looking around at Erie on Tuesday.  Docks weren't in. The lake is over the walls by the monument at PI and road is down to 1&1/2 lanes at one point.  Few boats out. Guy said he caught a couple smallies.

Passed over Pymy on my way to lunch today.

Bunches of boats including 5 canoes occupied by Amish anglers fishing the PA underpass of the Espeyville causeway.

Few fishers tossing lines from the roadway.

Mopars, glad to hear you are on your way to full recovery. Won't be many hours before the big bite is on.

Your first question to your Doc next Wed should be "what time after I leave the office today, can I go fishing?".

Outasync, hope you ya got out on your walk with the family. Your betterhalf has gotta feel better knowing PA opens up next Friday and she can neak across the border if need be.

Good times and tight lines.

Slow afternoon but finally managed to get a few Walters to the boat. 1 good one and 2 shorties. Little chilly out there with the drizzle. Did I mention the dogs favorite is some eye sushi :)

Sounds like your mowing plans will result in a lot of fishermen getting soaked! You should know to never voice plans to mow out loud or Mother Nature will be after you!
