Trout run posting land

I know this is late, but what is everyone's opinions on the owner of trout run bait and tackle buying and posting land on elk? I honestly think it was a bad move on his part. From what I've heard talking to other fishermen many are beyond ****ed. I think he just gave poor Richards more business

    It never happened. Was a nasty rumor a few years ago but you can fish from above the legion all the way to the mouth uninterrupted.

    A bad day fishing is better than a good of anything.

    I don't always exercise my shoulders...but when I do I fish for steelhead....

    It got nasty back then.  I don't think it was that they were buying land, but buying leases from the land owners and then only allow certain guides to fish, thus turning it into a pay to fish area.  The bait shop had just opened and boycotts were being called for on these boards.
