Well Tuna you got to look at it this way, at least something was biting. The crazy weather here with all the rain is putting a major damper on my sucess. But hopefully tomorrow evening changes my luck around. Good luck this weekend

Got up to Pulaski a couple of days this week.
Yard work, power washing the house and pulling deer stands. Too late for smallmouth and too early for Kings- bugged  out when the work was done.
Great weather up there.

Yea Rich-those lake reports have been discouraging-even from the folks who make a living at it.
Thought about taking a ride to look over the bridge at the estuary and perhaps see some but the reports indicated it was likely a waste of time.
Alas,  a few scouts dont make a run- but they are sure nice to hear about.
Cant wait-------

I will throw up a report tomorrow but the number 1 thing that brings me back every single week is the great times with good people out there. Had absolutely one of my best weekends hanging out with local folks . Town fair was a Super fun.
Next year, more time and bigger boat. The fishing really is secondary

Well I'm ready for a change in the fishing for sure. Lets hope that " wave" sticks around for us this weekend and the winds blow light .
Wife and 4 year old grandson will be along for the ride. Staying at Selkirk and doing some short fishing stints. Would be awesome if they hook up with something , me ? I just want to see the looks on their face when the reel starts screaming and the smile if it hits the net :)
After this weekend I got a 7 day run out there , hope its not like last year just stuck at the dock
