Took my handicapped neighbor up yesterday. Had a great day. We caught over a hundred crappies. Kept 50 that were 9 to 11 inches for his groups fishfry coming up. Got all of them on Bobby garlands shad baits in various colors. Most fish came from 13 to 16 foot water, about 9ft down. Caught a couple small stripes / white bass, that were only a foot long too. Good day and good time with my friend.

Don't get no better than that, congratulations on your catch.

Did you happen to see some old grumpy dude in a 19.5 Starcraft with a 80 hp motor?  I thought he may be stopping by on his way to a lake up north.

Thanks Chauncy,

My mistake, I would of swore the old duffer said it was a Starcraft and here it is really, a Sea Nymph.  Turns out he didn't stop.

"Dollars to doughnuts" he was leading me astray about the boat so, I wouldn't know who he was when he does sneak onto Shenango.

Happy fishing............

Dude, sea nymph, starcraft... same thing.  What do I know anyway.  No stop on Shenango, made it clear to the big pond.
