I tried wade aleaxander's suggestion, but when it came time to enter into different fields, nothing would enter. Did I ever tell you guys how much I hate technology?  Maybe it's the site, so I'll try again later.

Nice pics guys! Nice to see a variety of photos especially this time of year with all that snow. Post em up big, small, old , new, there all worth looking at ! Like I said before those Musky photos were a once in a lifetime event we hit it just right. This year even proved it more. We hit the same area, same time, with a lot of sore arms spent casting many a night. Not one Musky was hooked ! Once again the fish of 10,000 cast is living up to it's name. Ref that fish was just shy of 40lbs.a little over the 38lb. mark. I keep that Musky as a memory of what a great time me and my son had those nights battling those bulls. It's one of the greatest times we had together fishing. We landed 8 large Muskies over 3 nights of fishing all but one were well into the 40" range. We also lost several Musky during that period. It' a fish of a lifetime for me and as I stated in the past I think it also was infected with red disease so it's days may have been numbered anyway. I'm still waiting on Higgin's Brothers in Linesville to finish the mount. Hopefully it will be done soon and hang on my wall for many years to come.

Thats awesome Captain...you'll relive those great 3 days every time you look at that mount...some things can't be repeated. I keep logs and try to repeat certain events on the water and it dosen't happen. Right place right time always wins.

Not exactly sure what type of snake it was, but yeah it was eating a brown trout. I know it wasn't a rattler. It was out in CO and I'm not familiar with the snakes out there.

On two other occasions I saw snakes eating fish in PA this year.  Just regular watersnakes with a bluegill in their mouths.

Haha I foul hooked a few quillbacks there before.  Have never got one to bite though, and they seem to be in the deeper water so it's hard to sight fish(usually fly fishing for me) for them unlike the carp and those big suckers which are always in the shallows where you can see what species you're casting to, which is never quillbacks.
