Fish usa

I am going to buy a fly combo from fish usa and i was wondering that since they have a store in erie if i have a problem with the equipment that i purchased will they exchange it on the spot or do you have to mail it back to the manufacturer?

    You can't beat fish USA for service. Just ordered a couple Shimano dipsey rods for muskie trolling. Ordered on a sunday, had them by noon tues. As previously mentioned, call them, they'll answer your questions. Great service, decent selection of products.

    X2 on the great service from FishUSA. I recently ordered(on line) a relatively inexpensive fly reel from them and subsequently had a minor problem with it. I called last Thursday to discuss the issue. There was a new reel in my mailbox the next day with a return label to ship back the defective one. I have a lot of fly gear from a variety of manufacturers. I doubt any one of those manufacturers, or big label stores, could give me better service than that! I wouldn't hesitate to order anything from them. Enjoy your new outfit.
