McCoy Mean Green or Something Else?

Is McCoy Mean Green real that good for steelie's in the 6lb test or should I go with another brand like Stern in another lb size?

       If you have a noodle rod 4lb mean green is plenty but, if your fishing trout gear then 6lb might be better. If the water your fishing is crystal clear you'll want to use a flourocarbon leader. 3-4 ft is plenty and believe me it's worth the extra effort.
