How Far Upstream Are The Steelies?

I realize with the lack of precipitation, we are a least a month behind schedule in respect to the dispersion of the steelheads upstream.  Last year, at this time, with all of the early fall rains the fish were spread out; thus so were the fishermen.

I'm looking for a basic answer.... yes or no.  (please do not give out specific holes where fish are staging)
Are the steelies past Folly's yet?

changes in latitudes, changes in attitudes....nothing remains quite the same

i fished there this morn. not to many in the hole behind the shop, maybe 20 or so. headed downstream and found fish in about every deep spot. the fish behind the shop were real spooky. the fish that were farther downstream were more coopertive. nice to actually fish away from the crowds, only saw 3 other anglers all day.
