Nice shots, Al!....  I didn't know that there were running salmon that far west, lol!

changes in latitudes, changes in attitudes....nothing remains quite the same

Not only that, but the Salmon too; it seems this is the time to see them, the initial fall run.

I'll be up tomorrow morning. I don't expect much action but it's better than sitting here at work. Probably start at the Elk creek access. See how it is there and then check out the Nut.

Thanks guys! this is Ohio water. Kings are rare here. That is why it was a pleasure to just sit and watch them.  One got stranded so I gave him alittle shove off the rocks.

Too bad Scorchers closed down cause they had the best bar in the area and tons of beer on draft...  and that DJ Billy O.  Anybody know what is 'coming soon' as has been posted all summer long on the sign?  I see they freshly painted it and have been slowly doing work on the inside.

If you're coming from pittsburgh looking for women... better bring them with you!  No such thing as a 'good looking woman' in erie :)  unless they are from somewhere else.   Been to choochoos a couple times and never saw a good lookin woman there.  All they play is that twangy ear bleeding ****ree music too.  Go to The Club (old 3 D's) down the street for the good 'for erie' looking women.

not lookin for women, I have a child on the way and shes very emotional right now bout me being gone for 2 days lol. and the other 2 guys well ones married to a women who will cut him off if she even expects he talked to another woman, and then there is his dad.... looks 70 but is only 50 lol.  they said women are off limits this weekend.....oh by the way I kinda enjoy that ear bleeding country music. The club scene always was a waste of money and time to me, especially because the bar on the corner will sale beer for 1.50 a bottle compaired to a club price of 7 dollars. well prolly just end up picking up 2 cases of busch and some pizza and bull****ing all nite.

50 cent 8 oz buttweiser isn't worth it for an instant headache and the $h!t$ all day long in the woods trying to fish.  Scorhcers had 50 beers on tap... 33oz for $2.00.  The CLub is free to get in and bottle beers are about $1.00 to $1.50.
