D-LOOPS

D-LOOPS

This is my 3rd d-loop an just a few weeks.The bow shop said it was the release so i bought a new one still after shooting for 3 days with the new release the loop is ready to break again.He is using a rool of string everytime to fix the loop is there something better out there i can get?

    that should never happen it must not be for bows d loop should last for a long long time.i would go to a new shop or buy your own and tie yourself takes 1 minute and is easy

    Yea man i would start to go somewhere else. That should never happen

    Very unlikely it's the release. 
     
    It's more likely the material being used.   Gotta be careful what kind to use.  Archery shops use the cheaper stuff, considering they sometimes do the loops for free...  usually the shoe lace design junk.

    Been lookin' chicken.  The stuff I use is white material and comes in a small package with two pieces I think, not off of a 100 yard roll.   I keep finding the rolls for sale.
     
    I've had the white material on two bows for about 8 years.   Not even a fray.    I think this is it.

    Thanks kype for the info.I went to town an had the white one put on saturday no problems yet.The bow shop just put new strings on the old mans bow they used the same $hit for the d-loop.It's black an they took it off a roll.I will be taking his bow to town this week an having that cheap loop replaced with a good white one.

    well the roll does not mean a thing i would be willing to say that its not d loop material its prob not even made to be put on a bow.
