Pictures of First Steelhead taken at the Stop sign
I drove down to the Stop sign hole today to see if this cold rain brought any fish in yet and found a fisherman walking towards shore with what I believe is the first fish of the year caught in one of the tribs ......... I didn't get a chance to talk to him I had to hurry and get back to the house so I have no Idea what he caught it on but If I had to guess it would be the mystery fly that Jack is trying to Identify If any of you guys happen to see him be sure to ask him for me OK Sorry for the bad photo I took it with my phone

Take this same picture in two months and you won't believe it's the same place. You will almost think of a creek that is loaded with big fish, relatively easy to catch, easy to access, and located in a part of the country with the most desperate meat hunters. Right now, the creeks look a little bear......
