The same thing happened to mine.  I emailed someone who repairs them but forget who it was.  He never answered my email anyway.  I ended up buying a new motor.

    Riz, what type of motor?

I have a min-kota 36lb. thrust that's 23 yrs. old. Every so many years I open it up to check the condition, cut out TONS of mono the dang thing picks up on the driveshaft under the prop (that can cut up your seals), clean up comm. end of armature, grease bushings, etcccccccc.............

That motor doesn't owe me a dime. Preventive maintenence really paid off for me. OTH

it a MK turbo pro 112.  it's actually a friends that i'm looking at.  it looks like it has bearings on the ends that are corroded.  it also looks like there is a paper ring that the rear bearing sits end when the armature is set in the housing.  actually wanted to find out where to get parts.

Riz, there's a wealth of places on the internet.

Is there a starter and alternator rebuilding shop in your area? From personal experience, they USUALLY will have a good selection of bearings and bushings cheap. For the seals, try an auto parts shop.   OTH
