    The last clip in this video is similar to what happened to me while salmon fish-n L. Ontario. Rod snapped & left a nice lump on my forehead .

    Your right about that Mikastorm!! My glasses have saved me from fish-n related flying objects more than once. 

    Mark Parisi is another excellent fish-n cartoonist. Here is a link to his site .
