Steel- I haven't used the tunnel in probably 4-5 years, so could be blocked for all that I know. Here is how I used to get there though. 1) Tunnel - As you enter S-burg from the Highland Park bridge interchange. Take the first right immediately after the interchange ramps. It is some sort of business parking lot. Off to the right is the tunnel (goes under the road and railroad tracks). Make sure you have a light, it gets pitch dark, even on the brightest afternoons. It's for the small stream that dumps about 50 yards below the dam. I used to park behind the building where ever I would stop seeing the no parking signs. Kind of sketchy, being hidden back in there. 2) Across the road down a little, there is an auto parts store I think, that has a path up to the tracks. The store seemed to always be closed when I fished, and didn't have any no parking signs. Just show courtesy where ever you park. Don't litter, or park right next to a building entrance. No parking signs are sure to start popping up, when people start disrespecting others property. These very well could be off limits by now. When I first fished there, the lot right next to the tunnel didn't have signs.
