Does anybody have an opinion on this small trib of Tom's run in Clarion county? I know there was acid mine drainage, but I read they installed a passive treatment system back in 2000. I saw a couple of fry up in the headwaters about 5 years ago and was curious to see if quality has improved enough to sustain meaningful native pop.
