Hey all, my friend and i are going up to lake placid for sat,sun,mon, tues. We love to fish for trout and bass. I,ve heard there are lakers, rainbows, browns, and brooks. Can anyone give me any tips, lures to use, areas, or whatever. Thanks for the help guys..

Christmass trees w/ crawlers - mooselook - and flatfish all need to be on a downrigger for the trout - the bass will be deep turing the day try dropshottin ur favorite plastic -but try shallow first especally early in the morning -poppers,jerkbaits,tubes, spinnerbaits - colors will very - but go w/ naturals...
