…since plnoldrick cannot seem to close his over opinionated mouth , here is a list of his postings which particularly annoy me…
1.       Regarding bait casters-  “it takes practice, no doubt about it. last year i was ok and the year before i sucked bad. this year ive been flippin and pitchin into 6inch radius spots from 10 yards+.”
Really Rick, two years and you are the master?  6 inch radius at 10 yards, when warmed and all dials set correctly it is not that big of an accomplishment.
2.       Re. Boaters- crossing someones line is so worth destroying thier thousands of dollars boat motor. pull that $hit with the wrong person and you might be looking down the business end of a pistol.
What i did say was i would gladly pound thier head in or something to that nature which i still hold by. 1$ or 45$ is no reason to destroy someones motor that could be worth thousands. Sorry but that level of ignorance is far worse then chopping someones line. just like alot of people on here said in other posts thy throw sinkers at boaters or rapala's with big trebles etc.... Destroying expensive personal property or harming someones with treble hooks is a hell of a lot more childish for running over someones line then beating someones a$$ for screwing you up royaly physically or financally.
The fact that you wouldnt fight someone if they destroyed your motor is insane. Maybe your some ultra pacifist or something which is your business. I am not, which is my business. sorry but i work hard for the stuff i have which im sure you do too. I am not going to sit by idle nd watch someone mess it up and do nothing over something so rediculous. So what would you have me do anyway? call a wco? call the cops? And three hours later when the the show whats it going to do for me? Chances are that person is gone or there is no way to recover damages from them anyway.

Oh and thanks for your expert analysis of my character. Im sure with all your degrees in psychology its relatively easy for you to do a complete workup on my character based on 4 or 5 sentances i posted on the internet. Keep posting the first personal remarks about someone and im sure you'll continue to be hypocritical.

oh and Griffon i saw a picture of you on here. just some advice, you should really watch who you run your mouth off at. see ya on the yough douchebag.
Enough said
3.       Re. Tamarack- no firsthand experience at the lake but people i know who have went there would vouch for the muskie. the way i understand it is there are plenty of them but not much of a trophy caliber fish. im sure they are in there but it seems like a numbers lake, not size.
Really Rick,  Please give me some more enlightened information about a place you have never fished or been to…
4.       Re. Fluorocarbon- berkley 100% flouro is about the best i've used to date. out of about 6 different kinds of flouro.

Honestly You have no idea what you are talking about

5.       said in my post i work for the railroad. its no big secret buddy. just because i work for someplace doesnt mean i have to defend them. so whats your real story? the real reason you hate railroads so much? did you get turned down for a job or are you a trucker who's loosing work from fuel costs? or are you just the self righteous arrogant a$$ you seem to be who thinks you deserve everything. quit acting like a 2 year cry baby and grow up. if you would spend half as much time looking for fishing spots as you do bitching about how the railroad screws you ya might actually find some spots you can fish.

btw even though I DO work for the railroad i am not allowed to trespass when im off work. ive told you that before but like last time you'll probably call me a liar. like someone else said, i adapt. would i love for that property t be accessable? yeah your damn right. but i do what others here do and RESPECT the laws of the land.

i hope you get your ass handed to you by a railroad cop one day. i hate to wish bad things on people but a$$holes like you deserve the 3rd degree. now if you'll excuse me i have to load my gear into the car so i can go fish someplace thats legal to be.
Look out, Rick the Railroad Gestapo is coming…
6.       as for you griffon.... your just an idiot. what if it was a military base on the river. would you say they have no right to block access? what about the steel mills? do you cut through thier property?

You really don’t know what you are talking about do you.

7.       dude your an internet hardass. nothing more, nothing less. your mouth moves and nothing but a constant stream of $hit pours out of it. you back up nothing. you have no legitimate argument. everyone here agree's trespassing is trespassing EXCEPT you however b.s. it might be. yet for some reason you continue to awe us with your 3th grade i want it now mommy now mentality. and by he way i did not know military bases gave hunting and fishing permits. nor did i ever claim to know everything. learn something new everyday, except you. you obviously know everything allready. oh btw, what would you cry like a baby and throw a temper tantrum like you are now if a military base denied you a permit?
Kind of hypocritical don’t you think for the statements you seem to make.
8.       anything that requires a straight return really needs a baitcaster. i refuse to fish a crankbait, spinnerbait, buzzbait, or swimbait with anything other then a casting reel. line twist alone is enough to drive me insane personally. you'll never get rid of the line twist or tracking issues no matter what kind of money you dump on spinning rigs with straight retrieve baits. its the natural downfall of the design.

Again, not true and you seem to know little about what you speak of.

9.    good, 8.50 more i can spend at the bar tonight.

10. vanish transition is horrible in a lot of ways. to me its stiff, has very poor knot strength and a royal pain to use on spinning gear. i tried using it for a longest time and i just couldnt take it anymore so i switched. i bought a couple spools of p line halo.....just as bad as the transition but for different reasons. the p line degraded so fast (within a week) that everything broke off. 7" bass were snapping 6 lb line. i went back to using mono after that...i spooled everything up with suffix elite or power pro and said the hell with it. until....
See Number 4… What the hell are you talking about.
11. if any of you are in pittsburgh i probably at one point in time cut you off or flipped you off. i may have also let you in front of me or yielded to you but its highly unlikely. in the end how i drive is dependant on my mood. if i should drive fast i will get up on your a$$ if your going slow in the fast lane. they do call it a fast lane for a reason. alternatly should i be in no particular hurry i will yield myself to the slow lane immediatly and follow the unspoken rules of the road. to you pride stuffed drivers who feel like they shouldnt have to yield to faster cars while in the fast lane.....go do it in germany, see if you like the fine they give you. they were smart enough to enact a law to keep you congestion increasing its a free country and i'll do what i wanters to a minimum.

so in short and to answer the question at hand, i dislike any other driver on the road that happens to occupy it at the same time as i do. i would like to quote and alter to my needs some inspirational wisdom from geico commercial star warren wallace as such "when it comes to other drivers, the story ends with me puttin them in the wall
12  arthur is my kryptonite.... only fished it a couple times but each one has been     horrible. and its not because i cant fish either. its just one of those lakes that you really need to know the lake well to be productive. unfortunatly i dont have the gas to be driving there all the time to get familiar.
Guess you’re not as good as you think…
These are a few of my favorites, I can go get more…

Whats funny to me is you spent all the time to make this list. Whas also funny to me is some random person on the internet seems to bother you so much. But whats most funny of all to me is you seem to criticize me for attacking people and being an idiot but the action of going through the trouble of searching out all my posts and copying and pasting and creating a hit list against me only solidifies that your no better then i am and actually far worse.

Get a life pal.

Oh to the moderators if your going to ban me, which is fine, dont forget your first rule in the "Acceptable Use Policies".  That rule would be "Disagreeing with the views of others is fine. However, name-calling and personal attacks on others is not acceptable.". Seems to me this guy went way farther overboard then i have with a post like this.

Time out for both of you!

Breathe deep - pretend neither one of you exist - block each other out - and life goes on!

There are more serious issues in the world to deal with right now - take the penz and flyers series.

Both of you sit back, have your favorite beverage, and look out at the beauty of life.

Best of luck to each of you!

Doc

Guys,  That is why I started this thread.  It is in the right location and is not hijacking another's topic.

Rick,  Can you hear that?  It is the sound of your followers footsteps running to try and get as far away from you as possible.  As far as personal attacks; I never did such a thing.  I simply quoted some of your better posts (even all of the spelling and gramatical errors, what a waste of a D1 education).  As for you threatening violence and shooting people with your handguns... if you truly own a handgun then our society has failed us.  You are a road raging, arrogant, ignorant individual.  It sounds as though you drink too much (I can post more of your statements regarding hard nights...) and really do need to grow up.  Make no mistake, I am having a lot of fun with this and will be happy to continue by posting some more of your quotes)... .  While you may not be a troll, you certainly seem to live under the same bridge...

Oops, silly me... Time to go watch the Pens.

Lacked the character, and discipline to do so?

I saw a pilliated wood pecker eating bugs out of an apple tree stump in my back yard.

It was pretty cool. They are startig to repopulate in this region.

I'll get one eventually. I've heard it around for quite a while, this is just the first time I've seen it. I'll have to keep my dog in th house. She saw it and was after it like a rocket, and it took off- like a faster rocket with wings and a red pompadore.

i can't get over how big they are.  watch them hit the tree, wonder they don't incur some brain damage.  i use a pilleated woodpecker call as a locator call for turkeys sometimes.  hey, this turned out to be a nice post after all.

The bone structure of their skull is more like a honeycomb than the mesh type matrix of most bone. It helps to disperse the shock of impact. It's realy quite amazing the way nature can design such things.

I've also developed a heck of a roll cast on grass. I've been reading the work of this guy from England named Paul Arden. Him an his cohorts have put together an incredible body of work.
Now the only problem is not shooting my flies over the creek and into the weeds on the other side.

May have been an Eastern Kingbird. Both are often found in similar habitats and both can be very territorial. Maybe someone could post a pic of an Eastern Kingbird? If not check out a field guide.

A woodpeckers' brain is also cushioned by its' tongue when hammering on wood. When not probing tunnels for insects, the woodpeckers' tongue the is neatly stored in a cavity between the brain and the skull.

Sure! There is a ton of great stuff on this site-

http://www.sexyloops.com/flycasting/tbasic1.shtml

There's a blue list of links down the left side.
They have some great variations on the basic roll cast too. Using their dynamic loop with a little haul, you can fire off a 40-50 footer, no problem.

The guy is funny too. Its like Monty Python meets world class casting instruction.
