I have a 2003 Honda 75 hp 4 stroke.  Can anyone tell me where the oil drain plug is located?

Without doing a search, so I may be wrong, I'd look for a tube sticking out of the motor just below the hood with a bolt in it.

Bulldog, there's a tube coming out of the rear of the engine cover that has internal threading.  But, I'll be danged if I can find a bolt for the drain.

Normally they are on the side of the case, and don't stick out very far. I'll check on www.marineengine.com and see what I can find out. I'm assuming you don't have an owners manual, so I'll do a quick search to see if there's one online.

What's the serial number on your engine? Honda has downloadable owners manuals on their site.

No problem, glad to help. That manual is for your motor, save a copy on your hard drive and you can print pages as you need them.

Think I've got it.  Didn't realize it was that low on the unit.  Thought that was for the lower unit.
