It's been several years since I've fished it. Used to do pretty good on Pike and Bass but it was a hit or miss thing, one day you would catch several, next day nothing.

You will catch fish right away or catch nothing. Not a place to spend much time. Only good for stopping when driving between other waters.

I've caught gills, bass and a redfin pickeral out of there. I know we are not supposed to have Redfins this far west in pa, but thats what it was. Try by the spillway, thats where I've done the best.

It has been years since I fished there but I grew up near there. Ditto on the Redfin Pickeral. I have caught them under the I-79 bridges near shore in the heavy weeds on minnows.  They are small but (usually -around 10 inches or so) but hit hard for their size and a real pretty fish.

those are Grass pickerel  almost an identical fish.  Had one in my tank for 3 years, till he choked on an angelfish.....

Those pickerel sure are fun to have in a fish tank.  They will eat ANYTHING in there.

Try below the 79 bridge (I believe it is still the longest pontoon bridge in the world) as well as just southeast of there are Custards or back northwest of there just north of the town of Geneva at the bridge.  Have caught fish at all, from bullheads to northerns to pickerel to crappie, bass, and LOTS of bowfin.
