Smitty....can you lock this thread at the top until the 19th??

Guys,

The outing on the Yough in Smithton will be on Saturday April 19th.  That's one week after the opener in the SW.  Please respond with who is coming and what you are bringing so we may supplement what is not brought.

Ok all you Yahoos, lets get the list going so we can figure out what we will be needing.  Youghman? Those Johnsonville Brauts I hope....sausage & cheese the best one....
Ax, I know you live close but I dont want you running home, I want to make sure we have everything covered.
I will toss this up for discussion....are there enough beer drinkers going to be there to warrant a halk keg or so?
I got garbage bags already in the back of the vehicle and napkins.
Aranbp. bring both those grills if not too much trouble.
We need to know who is coming and how many coming with that person, so the list starts now:

Youghman + buddies ----- Brauts & Buns
Aranbp -------------------- @ Gas Grills + ????
Ax ------------------------- Hot Dogs & Buns * Condiments
Mossy Oak ---------------- Deer & Refreshments
71 Gto -------------------- Brauts, Hamburger, & Buns, Garbage Bags, Forks
Knives, Napkins, Drinks, Sodas, Jim Beam
H2OWolf ------------------ Himself Right Now
PeteM --------------------- Deer Burger
Loomis -------------------- Soda and Mom's homemade potato salad
Kyler----------------------- Beer
Harry----------------------Badman Sauce, or is it Hot Woman, or Mild Child?

I'm up for it. I have a ton of ground deer, no beef or pork added. I have some frozen sheepshead mushrooms from last fall too, if anybody likes those.

I don't drink beer. Just coffee or soft drinks.

I would love to attend this, but since im on a college budget I can only contribute a meager amount.  Im willing to bring some cases of pop and I can have mom make some potato salad for me to bring.  Let me know what kind of soft drinks everyone drinks.  Its too far to drive for me so I wont be poundin down the beer either.

Loomis,

Bring whatever kind of soda you want, if someone is thristy enough, they will drink it. Now I am fond of Diet Mountain Dew....

And your Mom's potato salad would be great!

This is one I will hate to miss.  Unfortunately, I will be in North Carolina chasing the turkeys and brookies that weekend.  I really would like to meet a bunch of you guys from this board.  I have a feeling we would get along pretty good.  Someday I will meet up with you guys.  Till then, tight lines and have a great time.  The Griffon.

Griffon,

U got an invite anytime.  Terry always spoke well of you....good enough in my book.  You ever want to come out and hit the Yough, let me know.  71 and I can give you the grand tour.

Loomis....it's not about how much you can contribute.  Come have some fun.

Kyler...unless anybody has a generator to offer, there will be no electric outlets.  Which, thank you, just made me realize some wood and some lanterns might be a good idea since I imagine there will be a group that stays into the night to socialize.

I imagine noon would be a good starting time.  I know we'll be there beforehand to test the waters tho.

Anybody have any suggestions for a start time without being crazr and saying 6am??

Sounds like a good time boys and close to me as well, unfortunately, I have clinical rotation that morning, so I'll be spending that morning at Braddock Hospital, instead of on the river.  Have a few and catch a few for me!

Guys,

I'm with Aranbp....let's plan on a 1pm meet.  The stocking will be done and that will also give all a chance to take care of necessities at home.  That day is also the day of the tourney, so anyone wanting to fish in that should see the thread about that.

Ok guys, Smithton stocked this morning and put some bruisers in today. Saw quite a few 6 pound browns and paliminos. River is fishable and dropping.

Don't forget to pickup a membership, also the membership will get you into the Smithton Hole for free this year and have access to using their boat launch for free as well.
