Good luck up there this weekend fellas. Going to be three tourneys going on Saturday and two, I'm told, on Sunday. Think I'll avoid the place this week and fish it during the weekdays next week. So nice being retired.

Nice catches guys. Outta town this weekend, but with the tourneys going on I guess it's a good thing. Hoping to get out a few evenings next week

Thanks guys , most of the prespawn bite is over at least off shore. Postspawn is the word now, so all the boaters should start getting fish steady throughout the lake.

We found there was no one hot spot for Walleye. The fish move around a lot, and one area may be good Monday and Tuesday you got nothing there !

The weather was crazy , snow , wind , rain, sun , kept the fishing bite totally mixed up.

Pymatuning is still a great local fishery probably the best in the state, right under Erie !

Great pictures guys and congratulations on the catching, it's been some rough fishing thus far, for sure.

LOL..........  I'm just wishing those forecast "above normal temperatures" would get here and that stupid wind would stop or, at least, change from the north.    Lately I've just been wishin' I was fishin'.............  gettin' tooooooo old for this @#%^ weather.

Good luck to those fishing Pymie tomorrow.  Of course I don't mean in any of the tourneys, ya mostly likely will need luck just trying to fish.

Thanks BTDT.  My son just finished up his last final today so I always take the following week for us to get reacquainted with a week together on the water!  We'll have fun either way, but it would be nice to get into a mess of em.  Last year we had about the most perfect weather I've ever had during a  week of vacation.  The extended forecast next week...not so much.

What grand way to get together with your son and have a vacation.

I just checked the weather on the NWS web and it doesn't look to be too bad next week.

Tomorrow weather looking good for the Pymie tournament(s)

Yep  Thx.  I keep wc app and weather underground on my phone.  Meadville, linesville, Peirpont,   I swear I could retire and be a weatherman.  Rainy Monday morning but clearing afterwards.  Hopefully wind doesn't kick up with the front that will come in.  Either way, beats the hell out of work.

Goodness gracious...........  "all yinz all" must be up on Pymie watchin' the tournaments, or cursing the doorknobs; what ever may be the case it certainly is a beautiful morning in Penn's Woods!.

Good luck to all the contestants and those just trying to fish today!

Yes Mikastorm nice catch. You should invite me to the fish fry as I recognize those eyes as ones I released when they were smaller.

Nice mess of fish mikastorm. Was at camp all weekend, but can't wait to get out and chase the eyes this week. Pics like that always get me anxious to get back to the lake.

here is my report from pymy....got up yesterday and it was COLD! had wife w me so we took our time left cottage about 815.  went up to pandarum (sp) and there too many boats for me.  went to south end on ohio side...no trailers...put in fish till 2.  caught 7 decent perch.  was supposed to have wind...lol..the only time we caught fish was when the wind was blowing and that was not often. by 1 the lake was flat.  talked to 4 other boats...one walleye between them.  lots of boats around Snodgrass but I did not venture down into the crowd.  a buddy of mine fished the upper end and got about 15 decent crappies.  wife and I had a great day..but if I were going back tom I would be on the north end!  mikastorm..nice cooler full!
