Wah Wah Wah...There were SOME Steelhead to be caught this year!

Yeah this year was slow but had some good days!
Heres a few pics from January and February when most thought the criks were frozen but they were only HALF frozen and that was my best days this year.
One day I hit 33 and they were FRESHIES-UNTOUCHED... PRITTY!

WISH IT WAS EASIER TO UPLOAD PHOTOS TO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!
But at least we can still type away to vent...

Anyone else have any pics...WCW

Nice fish, the pressure must be very light that time of year! No pics from me, I went 0 for 2 for the entire season last Fall/early Winter. I've got some OW pics if anyone is interested, and hopefully more to come here soon :).

Great post and nice fish. You hit the nail on the head. While it's true that Erie does have its' issues, and we may not have quite the "so many fish yer trippin over them on yer walk up to Manchester" numbers of yesteryear, Erie is still worth it IMO, and you still have a great shot at catching big, aggressive fish that bite from Labor Day to Easter, and beyond. Happy to contribute some pics.
