French Creek

Does anyone out there know if the mouth of French Creek is froze over?

    I went through Franklin yesterday and it is flowing with lots of ice all moving down into Allegheny. Very  unfishable conditions around mouth.

    Thanks for the info, it saved me a trip.   I was wanting to fish it from shore.

    i'm not sure if kayak99 is still on the boards but he always knew the conditions of french creek.  you may try a pm to him.




     
    old dog,  Thanks for remembering me!  I got old and am in Florida during the winter months. I rarely check this site!  Still have a camp on the creek and hope to get back up when the fish are ready for me!  :)

    hoopie2  Sorry, just read this 16 months after you posted.    I live most of the year in Feather Sound, right beside the St Pete/Clearwater airport.  I have a friend in Cape Coral and winter friends go to Punta Gorda so I get down that way to fish once in a while, usually around February and March.  Pine Island & Burnt Store Road area.
