Fished a couple hrs this eve. Wanted to play with new finder an make sure everything was working. Launched out of coves. Didnt see any ice from there to past boy scout camp. Marked some fish an tons of bait, didnt catch anything.  Saw 3 other boats out.

Fished today from 230-630, launched out of the coves. Main lake was 53-55 degrees, found 57-60 in some northern coves. Water is high an muddy. Couldn't get anything going, I dunno. Tons of people out

I fished Yellow Creek lake to-day (Tues.) water was good, with a lite breeze. Water was fairly clean until boats started to come by. There were about a doz. boats that I could see,but I was fishing from shore & didn't talk to anyone. This was the first time that I didn't get any Northerns, but the gills & bass were hitting. I didn't get any big ones tho.  sam  btw  Riddles didn't have any shiners yet.

Fished there Sunday. Caught 2 largemouths. Had a Pike hit and run but didn't catch.
Bought the last 7 shiners Riddle's had that day. Grandma's.

Fished again this weekend at Yellow Creek.  Two of us caught 6 pike - 24" was the biggest. Several largemouth and smallmouth as well.  Water was around 59 to 60 degrees.

I saw there may be 5" of ice on YC. Anybody been there to confirm, thinking it should be good by Saturday - at least in the coves.
