Can I fish Pymy with my boat and 90hp, using my 10hp kicker? I thought at one time you had to remove the prop from the larger motor, is that still in effect?

When I used to have a kicker and fished the limited lakes, I still used my big motor to load at the ramp.  Never had any issues and even loaded in front of WCOs a couple times at Pymy.
