My place up in gods country

 
Putting my place by the Salmon River in Pulaski NY up for sale this spring- a neighbor is kinda interested but figured I would say something here before seeing a realtor in a month or two.
Love it but have decided to be a hotel/ motel fisherman again.

Metal roof, new stove and water heater-  drilled well and proper septic, new skirt and 2 sheds- mowing bout an acre, set back off the road a bit with a nice wooded front.
9.9 ac, a little over 1100 sq feet of living space, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full kitchen, living room, plenty of closet space, furnished.
Not just a camp- a family could move in easily without any changes.

I would suggest you post your camp on a site called  pennswoods.net  .....it is a 'local' want ads site which convers most of Pa, along with much of East Ohio, West Va, Md and some of NY.  There are sections for real estate and also some sections for hunting/fishing items.   With the location and description you have given for your camp I think it would be a good fit for one of those areas and it would certainly get it out in front of folks who would be interested.   I hope you sell it without any hassles and can continue your trips to the area with more free time to fish!

Made a pre sale agreement with a neighbor- off the market before having to call a realtor..
