steel or brownie??

a buddy posted this pic of his son with this fish. not sure when or where but its an erie trib. he says its a steelhead, i say its a brown. what say you??

Could have something there Ninja; what with climate change/global warming, acid rain, prescription drugs/non-prescription drugs/street drugs (from treated sewage), Zebra Mussels, killer crabs (nonkrotch cricket), snakeheads and, fracking.  One can never tell.....................

Or maybe a saugeye. They look the same to me. I think it's the rainbow coloration that tricks me.
