license question?

normally, i buy my non resident license online and when doing so, i make multiple copies.  my printer is down and i was wondering if i do buy my license over the counter, can i also make copies of it?

    I don't think you are allowed to copy the store bought.
    Buy on line and save the PDF file and print it when your printer is up and running.

    I pdf'd it two to a page and took it to kinko's because I wouldn't have access to a printer till Jan 10th. I think it was .13/ page, maybe?

    There were some issues early on with printing multiple copies. The fish commish wanted the $6.70 replacement for "lost" licenses but realized there was no way they could prove if someone made multiple copies unless they said "I made multiple copies".
