Winter Steel

Hello All
Considering a winter steelhead trip. I've never fished for steel at this time of year. What tactics, tips, baits, colors, ??????  Any and all advice and opinions are appreciated! Line weights, tippet size, fly sizes ?????? Help! Upper or lower elk ????  The Nut ??? Thanks.

    All the same stuff works. Just colder, with more sluggish fish.
