New no tresspass signs on Elk?

Noticed posted water on Elk at the gas pipe parking lot at Sterrantania.Signs and a wire strung across the creek.How long has that been there?

    Does that wire go up stream anyone know how far ?

    That wire goes across the stream just at the house that is there,I don't know how far down it is posted but upstream is open....for now.

    Posted signs are a hot commodity these days whether you are fishing or hunting. I have not been to Elk yet to see those signs but once someone throws some signs up more are sure to follow. The PA Landowner Association signs on the stretch of Brokenstraw along Rt 426 are now covered with No Trespassing signs. I am assuming that the PA Fish Commission will not be stocking that section of Brokenstraw any longer? It is AMAZING how much additional land has been posted in Warren Co. in just these last couple years.
