fish usa shipping

Hey all just curious if anyone has had trouble with fish usa's shipping through fedex..... i ordered friday before their cut off time for same day shipping and fedex says it just now got the shipping label on SUNDAY when the shipping center isnt open. Just wondering if anybody has ran into this issue and if their package arrived on time thanks

Everything that I have ever ordered shipped very fast.  I can't say that I ever expected it to ship same day, but always seems like it did.  Usually made it to me the next day or a day after, using USPS.  Did you place over the internet or phone?  I would never expect an order to deliver the next day from any company, unless told that they were putting it out for shipping themselves that day.  My guess is you didn't call them, nor did you call them to resolve the dispute?  Why not try talking to them, instead of questioning their customer service to their customer base?  If you paid extra for the same day shipping, I'm sure they will work something out with you.  Going online to give a company negative feedback on their own site that you use for free???  Just curious?

NO dont get me wrong i love fish usa i have ordered from them before but it always shipped usps. Im not complaining im just curious if anybody has had issues with fedex when ordering from fish usa.

I don't know if any other delivery service does this but, FedEx will get the package from the shipper, take it to the post office of the destination and have the package delivered by mail. Depending on the package size, of course. I paid $5.80 in shipping charges for an item delivered in this fashion. Out of curiosity I took the package back to the post office just to see what return shipping would cost....$3.20. Wud up wid dat?

Fish USA has always shipped my online orders VERY quickly.
 
I run a biz online ship 10-20 orders a day.
USPS and UPS only Fed Ex has not gotten any of our business due to higher prices and tracking problems.
 
BTDT-UPS also will drop packages off for USPS to ship.
In general UPS has better prices to ship larger packages and western US- small and local USPS is cheaper.

Every time I've ordered from Fish USA, it's taken 2 days, tops.

when FishUSA was down on 12th street, I used to deliver their mail all the time.  They got their mail early in the morning but I would have to stop at the end of my day and pick up their outgoing parcels, and there were a ton of them; filled up the back of my truck. And UPS was right behind me picking up their load.  These guys ship quick.  Anything I've ever received from them was here within 2 days, alot of times the next day if I ordered early enough.  What alot of people don't know is that both Fedex and UPS pay the post office money to deliver alot of their parcels.  We call them "last mile" delivery".  

It got here at 6 pm called fedex and they said the tracking number didnt existyour number is wrong...... i had it up on my phone and told the lady... uh yea its right.... she argued with me. Good customer service with fedex. Will try to avoid them now

I love ordering from fishusa but their back ordered items take forever to come. Contacted them last month about some shallow divers I've been waiting 2 months for. Still waiting. I've placed and received other orders and received them while still waiting for the back ordered items. Season's over now.
