In your other post you said-
"Who cares about catching a STUPID A** Steelhead. They taste like SH#T ANYWAYS. If you really need to get off...just hold onto the end of your line and pull one way while reeling with the other hand. Steelheading is for the BIRDS!"
Why the sudden change of heart???? Have you finaly come to your senses and relized something??

I have at least 6 noodle rods for steelhead.
The Lamiglass, St Croix and G Loomis are nice rods but I probably use my Okuma Connoisseur, Gander Guide Series and Ugly Stick the most.
The rod needs to match the line weight and lure weight.
The lamiglass is too light and the St Crois is too heavy.

I just ordered the 10 ft connoisseur and the Okuma avenger from Fishusa. I had some cash sitting around and the Okuma reel was on sale so I snatched them up to add to my collection. You never no when I might need it (Yea Right) I got a problem is more like it and no rain aint helping any. If I was out using my other rods I probably would have not bought it. To Hell with it, you can never have enough Right! I will let you know how I like it when it comes and the price seemed good.
